Precision Photo-Fab, Inc.'s chemical etching process uses chemicals and acids to dissolve metal in a pre-determined pattern, resulting in a metal component which matches the original design. The process is ideal for creating thin metal parts with very fine features and tight tolerances.
Because all of the etching is done at the same time, it doesn't matter if the part has 1 feature, or 100 - the cost will not change! We can also half-etch markings into your parts, for branding and identification purposes.
